• 6 Master classes for the entire day starting with 8 different styles of sun salutations, followed by strength development and backbend classes. There after followed by flexibility, and breath integration before we end with making new friends and building community.
• All classes are multi levels. Free stuffs, healthy food and various booths to satisfy your shopping urge, awaits you.
